You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account you represent the information you provide is accurate.

Reviews, photos, mud-factor ratings, and park suggestions you submit ("User Content") remain yours, but you grant DMV Paws & Parks a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the Service. Do not upload content you don't own or that violates someone's privacy.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: post abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content; impersonate others; scrape or attempt to compromise the Service; or upload photos containing identifiable strangers without consent.

5. Park Information Disclaimer

Park amenities, permit requirements, and conditions change frequently. We do our best to keep information accurate, but always confirm with the local Parks & Recreation authority before your visit. Use of any dog park is at your own risk.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service uses Google Maps, which is governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. External links are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

7. Intellectual Property

The DMV Paws & Parks name, logo, and original content are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce them without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DMV Paws & Parks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any park you visit through it.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
