Great brand new dog park. I went to this dog park to see it for myself and was absolutely amazed. It has sections for large and small dogs, water fountains, picnic areas, one of which has a grill, and also areas that provide shade. It's great to finally have these types of amenities on this side of the Anacostia.

This park is awesome!! Sadly our dog has never actually met another dog here, but she loves coming and hope we will meet some new fur-iends soon!

There was trash like cigarettes and plastic wrappers in the park. The Google Maps location is also incorrect. Google Maps will direct you to a school. It’s actually across from the school.
